In March, we concluded our Partner Summit in-person and virtual series – the first time we have held an in-person event since pre-COVID. We are thrilled over 700 partner attendees from across EMEA, APJ, North America, LATAM, and Public Sector joined to hear from our global and regional executives and sales and technical trainers.
Our Partner Summits included keynote presentations from the SolarWinds leadership team, including Sudhakar Ramakrishna, President and CEO; Rohini Kasturi, EVP, Chief Product Officer; Laurent Delattre, VP, Europe, Middle East, and Africa Sales; and myself.
Transform Partner Program takes SolarWinds into the future
At the four events, we went in-depth on our new SolarWinds Transform Partner Program
and the benefits for partners. We also spoke about our goals for consistent messaging across all geographies, supporting a 30% CI channel growth target, and setting up SolarWinds partner expectations for 2023, addressing all types of partners: SolarWinds Distributors, Elite, Premier, Advanced Partners, GSIs, Distributors, Hyperscalersand, and MSPs. We also featured our first SolarWinds Partner Advisory Board and engaged SolarWinds Partner Executives in strategic conversations.
We received tremendous feedback on the Summits, with 95% of our partners finding value in the events. These are the results our teams like to see because it tells us not only are we supporting our partners how they desire to be supported, but our partners can also serve their customers more effectively.

During the Partner Summits, we shared updates on the partner program, the latest product strategies and innovations, and how partners can grow their business with SolarWinds solutions, especially with SolarWinds®
Hybrid Cloud Observability and our cloud-based Observability offering.
My colleague Laurent Delattre said, “Since launching our Transform Partner Program, we continue to listen to feedback and adapt so we can set every partner up for success—whether they’re new, existing, or specialized.” We intend to continue to transform, and our Partner Summit events were the forum to share our strategy and focus for channel partners.
Because most registered attendees were partner companies' executives, it would help our partners most to create a strategic forum where partners could interact and forge deeper understandings and relationships, setting the stage for better future collaborations. Our goal is to provide our partners with the most information and support possible to help accelerate digital transformation for their customers, increase sales velocity, and fuel growth.
