Enhancing Operational Effectiveness

Together, we aim to realize a new vision of operational resilience. Combining SolarWinds Observability and service management with Squadcast’s incident response management solution, we will enable enterprises to proactively manage service health, reduce mean time to resolution (MTTR), and drive exceptional user experiences.

Customer Wins: Faster Resolutions and Fewer Alerts

The integration of Squadcast’s incident response management solutions is more than just an enhancement—it redefines reliability and incident response. Avner Yaacov, Senior Manager at Redis, shared his experience: "Since implementing Squadcast, we’ve reduced incoming alerts from tens of thousands to hundreds, thanks to flexible deduplication. It has a direct impact on reducing alert fatigue and increasing awareness." This incredible outcome translates to 130K fewer email alerts, significantly reducing noise and improving focus.

Kegan Adams, Charter's Chief Operating Officer, also emphasized the value he’s seen: "Squadcast is a critical tool in our support model. We primarily use it for on-call alerting but see massive potential for more capabilities." Adams reported a 93% improvement in the mean time to acknowledge (MTTA), showcasing the profound impact on operational efficiency.

Looking Ahead

We are incredibly excited about the future and the endless possibilities, reinforcing our commitment to innovation, customer success, and operational excellence. Together, we will continue to push the boundaries of what is possible and redefine the standards of incident response and operational resilience.
