Andrew Eardley-Day is the ITSM system administrator for Betfred, the world’s largest independent bookmaker (based in the UK). Andrew introduced ITIL best practices to the Betfred IT team. He successfully promoted service portal adoption across 1,700 locations and over 10,000 employees in the Betfred organization. He led the design of IT workflows to automate IT service delivery throughout Betfred, and has presented at Service Desk user groups on the employee experience with IT.
