SolarWinds CEO Sudhakar Ramakrishna spoke recently with InformationWeek about a fascinating range of subjects including building trust, improving relationships across organizations, and the future of generative AI.
Sudhakar spoke about the strong future of SolarWinds, and how to take opportunities in difficult times to learn lessons that can be applied when focusing on growth.
“The trust of our customers and partners is something I would never take for granted,” Sudhakar explained to InformationWeek. “I think the reason we won back trust is that today we are known for the company we have become, versus what happened to us in 2020. The reason I think we got to this point is based on transparency when the incident happened. While it could have happened to anyone, we took responsibility. We did not deflect blame on anyone.”
