Melika Shirmohammadi is an assistant professor of Human Resource Development at University of Houston. As a researcher, Melika is curious about the role of work in people’s lives. Particularly, she is interested in questions about careers and well-being of workers from under-represented backgrounds and those in unconventional contexts.
