While I am very happy with what this means for our shareholders, I am even more excited about how this transaction will translate to tangible value for our customers. For years, our clients have trusted SolarWinds to drive their observability practices, improve database management, and streamline IT service desk operations. Now, with help from Turn/River, we can not only continue these efforts but also take them to the next level.

This transaction was only possible because of the great work of our SolarWinds employees and the trust that customers and partners place in us. Every Solarian works tirelessly to deliver solutions that drive customer success and business growth. In this new chapter of SolarWinds, I know even more innovative solutions are on the way!

I think this deal comes at the perfect time. Enterprises in many countries have grown their IT environments in both scale and complexity, creating a greater need for solutions that enhance the secure management of these environments. With this deal from Turn/River, we are in an even better position to help our customers excel at operational resilience—a key focus for us in 2025.

Delivering Operational Resilience

Today’s enterprise landscape includes complexities in IT environments and persistent threat actors that, if successful, have the power to weaken or even shut down our clients’ businesses. This is why our focus on operational resilience, or the ability to adapt, sustain, and even grow in times of business turmoil, is so important to us at SolarWinds.

While many of our solutions already help enterprises remain resilient, we recently launched a suite of new offerings that leverage state-of-the-art AI and security tools. With these solutions, our customers can improve and accelerate their incident response practices, fostering an IT environment ready for anything. In addition, customers can leverage intuitive AI tooling to streamline observability functions—such as query rewrites—and service desk tasks, such as runbook generation.

A Bright Future

Our recent portfolio launch is just a glimpse of what will be possible in this partnership with Turn/River Capital. I have always been impressed with the customer-centric solutions ideas our product teams regularly develop, and I am excited that we are now able to make more of those ideas a reality and supercharge the operational resilience our customers need. I would also be remiss if I did not thank our Board of Directors, who unanimously approved this deal, signifying their belief in what SolarWinds can accomplish now and in the future. Stay tuned, everyone—there are more exciting things to come.
