Kate Asaff, Supportability Product Owner, SolarWinds Kate has worked in the IT field for over 20 years - 11 of those years here at SolarWinds. Drawing upon experience with broadband, telecommunications, and networking, she was an application engineer within SolarWinds support before making her way to the development side of the house as a product owner. Zack Mutchler, Monitoring Engineer, Healthcare Sector Zack began his SolarWinds journey in 2011. Since then, he's been a consultant for hundreds of SolarWinds customers, and a monitoring engineer for both Fortune 100 companies and the federal government. He enjoys long scripting sessions on the beach, and whiskey. Kevin M. Sparenberg, Technical Content Manager, Community, SolarWinds Kevin started playing with computers on a TI-99/4A when he was just a wee lad. Since then, he's broken almost as many systems and he's fixed - working in retail, customer support, consulting, and most recently with a global law firm before joining SolarWinds and contributing to many roles and departments.
