- How should events be aggregated into incidents? This is essentially a GROUP BY. You can select options such as hostname and event type.

It's easy to integrate SoalrWinds® Database Performance Monitor (DPM) with your existing workflow and team tools. Included on our growing list of integrations is PagerDuty. If you're not familiar with PagerDuty, it's a SaaS solution designed to help manage teams' workflows after an incident is opened: it helps you handle alert routing, message delivery, on-call rotation, scheduled maintenance, escalation, and more. (If you're building these things yourself, you're probably doing it wrong).
