Fitting Into IT Society

Sparenberg, SolarWinds Head Geek™ Sascha Giese, and Stephen Foskett to talk both about those differences and the things we have in common in supporting users and working with technology across every time zone. They’ll share some support horror stories and some tips for working effectively worldwide.
